In a 2025 review, a customer said Thomas and team handled business swiftly and successfully, and that they would hire them again. In another 2025 Thumbtack review, a customer called Thomas and his father scam artists, writing that after a good bid, checks were cashed, the work was left incomplete and they were nowhere to be found. The same customer wrote that no permit was ever pulled for the work and that the two have previous license revocations and fines.
Absolutely horrible. Thomas and his father are complete scam artists. They come in, place a good bid and talk a good talk. Next thing you know, checks are cashed, work is incomplete and they’re nowhere to be found. Dig a little deeper and you’ll find they have previous license revocations and fines for pulling the same stunts on other folks, dig even further and you’ll find that they never even pulled a permit for your work. Sounds like the states previous slap on the wrist wasn’t enough… avoid them at all cost…
