Thomas P Clearly Electric

Thomas P Cleary Electric Inc. is a Weymouth electrical contractor that BBB lists as 42 years in business, with Thomas Cleary named as its customer contact. Its permit record is substantial: BuildZoom shows 125 permitted electrical projects on file for the company. Worth asking about directly: BuildZoom's own licensing page for the company is a messy bundle — the same license numbers carry contradictory status labels in different spots, and a Massachusetts number and a City of Newton number share the same digits. None of it has been independently checked against the state board, so get the company's current license number in hand and verify it yourself before signing anything. For a straightforward electrical job, this is a long-established, permit-heavy shop. Given the tangled license paperwork on file, confirm the specific license they'll be working under and its current status directly with Massachusetts before booking.
