John arrived punctually and was courteous. Additionally, he provided valuable advice on maintaining the septic tank properly. The service was excellent!

I just had my septic tank pumped by Thompson's. They found the tank cover right away (we only had a vague idea of where it was), and were fast, efficient, friendly, and resonably priced. They also gave good advice about maintaining the system. I will definitely be using them again.
