From Windham, New Hampshire, Thompson’s says it provides pumping and general septic maintenance across Southern New Hampshire and locations in Northern Massachusetts. The company says it is available seven days a week by phone or email. BBB describes it as family-owned, with 42 years in business, and lists septic-system installation, excavation, cellar-hole digging and house-lot clearing alongside septic cleaning. BBB gives it an A+ grade and lists it as non-accredited. The licence number 02986 on its BBB page is a directory listing. Customers describe both routine pumping and longer relationships. In September 2022, a Pelham homeowner said they had used Thompson’s for about 40 years, with pump-outs every two years and some septic repairs. They praised John’s responsiveness and knowledge. A November 2023 customer said the team quickly located a tank cover despite the homeowner having only a vague idea of its location, pumped the tank and gave maintenance advice. In December 2023, another customer praised John’s punctual arrival and advice about caring for the septic tank. Callbacks have drawn different accounts. A November 2023 reviewer reported unanswered calls and unreturned messages. A May 2024 customer said Thompson’s called back shortly after a message, arrived at the appointed time and completed the job. The August 2026 review praises timely service and a fair price.
