A leaking roof with solar panels was one recent customer's reason for calling Thrive Roofing Company. In a September 2026 Google review, the customer said Yuriy, identified as one of the managers, diagnosed and repaired the leak at an affordable price. They also described an easy process for removing and reinstalling the solar panels, with no problems. Other customers describe roof replacement and gutter work. A reviewer who had been looking for a roofing company in Agawam said they now had a new roof and that everything had gone as expected. Another praised Yuriy's handling of a gutter project and said the completed work came out well. Google shows a 5-star average from 11 ratings. An Agawam homeowner praised the crew's roof inspection and finished result, as well as communication that kept them informed throughout. That customer also said the company would return to repair roof leaks caused by workmanship issues. Thrive says its service area includes Agawam, Springfield, Westfield, Southwick, the Longmeadows, West Springfield, Granby, Tolland and Suffield. It offers free estimates and says it is insured. Its website advertises the possibility of a new roof with no out-of-pocket cost if insurance covers it, and says customers may qualify for up to $5,000 in Massachusetts and Connecticut incentives.
