A lot of Tile Tech Solutions' work is undoing someone else's. A February 2026 customer had leaks traced to another contractor's shower job; Vitor gave a written assessment and estimate, fixed the leaks, and the shower now works the way it should. The Marlborough company says it handles tile installation plus kitchen, bathroom and flooring remodeling across Greater Boston and MetroWest, and puts itself at eight years in business. The repair list runs deep. In January 2025 a homeowner discovered the previous owner's DIY shower had the drain set wrong and the rim leaking, and Tile Tech pulled the old floor tile and reinstalled the drain. A July 2025 review describes a 50-year-old entry floor, badly laid, sloping away from the front door and butting a bowed oak floor — the old underlayment came out and floor leveler went down. A December 2023 customer had the rotted section under a leaking glass shower door cut out and re-tiled, along with re-grouting and sealing two showers and three sinks. In April 2024, a kitchen remodel needed wall repair before a new backsplash could go on, after other companies had turned the job down. Several reviewers describe the prep under the tile rather than the tile itself. A March 2025 customer listed the Schluter system going in behind two bathrooms' floors, shower surrounds and feature walls, and called the layout work meticulous. An April 2024 review says the project landed on time to the day and at the exact quoted cost, with the bathroom left spotless every night. A May 2024 job — 19-year-old caulking around a tub replaced, wall tiles touched up — was done in a few hours. Bigger jobs bring more than one pair of hands. In September 2025 a homeowner had Vitor take out the bathtub for a walk-in shower and prep the space for his associate Bruno, who set the tile; he found them a painter as well. Google carries 34 ratings at 5 stars, Thumbtack 22 at 4.9, and written accounts go back to 2019. The BBB grades the company A+, and its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration, #213768, is active on the state registry, held under the name Tile Tech Corp. For a shower rebuild, a backsplash or a floor that has to come out level over a bad subfloor, this is a tile specialist rather than a general remodeler. Get the prep written into the quote — underlayment, leveling, waterproofing membrane — and on a multi-room job, ask who is on site each day.
