Taking over an abandoned bathroom tile job was one customer's reason for hiring Tiles R Us. In a December 2022 Angi review, the customer identified Filipe as the owner and installer and said he removed poorly laid tile, then installed marble hex tile, a framed border, tile chair rail, floor-to-ceiling crackle subway tile and thresholds. They praised his professionalism, speed and willingness to rework ideas. The Worcester-based business describes kitchen, bathroom and flooring tile work on Houzz, with Worcester and Boston among its stated service areas. Its listed offerings include tile installation and repair, backsplash installation, and grout repair, cleaning and sealing. A November 2022 Angi reviewer described a kitchen backsplash finished as promised, within the stated time frame, and said Filipe was responsive to questions. In January 2023, another customer praised his pricing, punctuality and friendliness and said they would hire him again. Angi lists a 5.0-star average from four ratings. Angi also lists free estimates, emergency services and warranties. Houzz lists HIC registration number 190943 for the company.
Filipe was great, did an excellent job, fairly priced, on time, and very friendly. I'd hire him again.
Filipe (owner) was the installer. He came to complete a botched tile job i our bathroom, as our last contractor abandoned the work when he realized he was over his head. Filipeâ s work included the removal of poorly laid tile, and the install of a complex mini marble hex tile, a framed boarder, tile chair rail, floor to ceiling framed crackle subway tile and thresholds. I am so happy with the work, professionalism and speed that the work was done. Also the willingness to rework ideas until they are right. I am happy to give a positive reference to Tiles R Us. There are not many reviews on Angiâ s list yet, but he is newer to this platform and can provide other reviews. This was also our first time using Angiâ s list, to find a new contractor. In our minds, a 100% success.
He is honest.
Couldnâ t be happier with our kitchen backsplash. Filipe was responsive to questions and did the job as described in the time frame promised. Would highly recommend
