The written history is dated but detailed — a 4.9 average across 13 Houzz ratings, every visible review falling between March 2013 and November 2016 — and what those customers describe is process as much as craft. A February 2014 reviewer whose vintage 1900 bathroom was expanded and remodelled called the worksite clean and orderly, with communication and documentation first rate. In a December 2013 review, a full remodel of a small master bathroom held to its original schedule, and when the shower door that homeowner had specified didn't hold up, TMK negotiated with the manufacturer for a higher-quality door at no additional cost. A March 2013 customer's custom garage renovation — demolition, painting, custom cabinet installation — came in on budget. The permit trail runs alongside that: nine permitted projects between 2014 and 2018, bathroom and kitchen remodels plus a Westford sunroom addition and deck and door work, valued from $3,250 to $68,100 across Merrimack Valley and north-of-Boston towns. Licensing is what to raise first. BuildZoom lists Massachusetts licence #165887 for the company with an expiration date of 04-04-2022, marks it expired as of 04-03-2026, and says Mass.gov Consumer Affairs showed that licence at one point cancelled. Houzz carries a different number, 105086, and the "CSL, HIC Registration and Insured" line on that profile is the company's own description of itself. Ask Kelley which registrations he holds today and in whose name, and get the numbers in writing before anything is signed. Start with the paperwork, and ask to see a recent local project, since the reviews on file describe work from 2013 to 2016.
