My husband and I hired Todd Sullivan and his team to create a new kitchen in our 1937 Cape house. With that project, we also needed to move our laundry room from the basement to the first floor, demolish an old 3 season porch, move the powder room, and build a garage with an office above. Because our house is old, there were some challenges. Todd made everything as easy and smooth as it could ever be given that our house was being taken apart and put back together. One of Todd's best qualities is that he is an excellent communicator. Whether I texted or phoned him, he always answered me right away. His whole team was amazing - they were professional, respectful, knowledgeable, and friendly. I highly recommend Todd and his team!!
