Tony Ho Electric is a one-person outfit that opened for business in Brookline about a year ago, and its early record already leans on one thing: showing up and doing more than asked. One customer who contacted several pros on Thumbtack says Tony called back first, then on-site went beyond the original request — reinstalling smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, fixing a stairway light that wasn't working, and checking the backyard outlets while there. Availability comes up too: another reviewer got a Sunday-morning visit that fixed the problem in one trip. A third mentions installing second-floor lighting with consistent communication throughout the job and enough efficiency that they plan to call again for future electrical work. All four reviews on file are five stars, dated in 2025, and Thumbtack lists a completed background check for Tony Ho. There's no reporting yet on larger jobs, pricing, or how the business handles a busier season — it's a new, small operation with a short but clean track record so far. For a lighting fix, an outlet issue, or a small repair, the early reviews suggest someone worth calling; for anything bigger, it's worth asking directly about experience with larger-scale work.
1st class. Showed up on Sunday morning, fixed the problem and off he went! Really nice and professional.
When I contacted Tony and other pros on Thumbtack, he was the one who called me the first and came and did even what he wasn't called for like reinstalling our smoke and carbon monoxide for us besides fixing our stairway ceiling light that wasn't working and checked the backyard outlets also.... He's the best electrician I've ever worked with so far!
So happy I found Tony Ho Electric!! Tony did amazing work with installing the lights in the second floor of our house. I appreciated his consistent communication throughout the entire process as well as his efficiency. Will definitely use Tony for all my future electrical work!
Very professional and nice
