Top Notch Waterproofing is a Brockton waterproofing company that says it has over 10 years of experience in the waterproofing industry. In 2021, Mark and his help put in a sump pump for a customer who wrote that they were always respectful and cleaned up well. In 2020, a customer who got a quote to dig out their downspouts worked directly with the owner, Mark, and wrote that he purchased the materials and planned and coordinated all of the job activities. In 2019, a customer wrote that Mark was always upfront about letting them know when he would be there. Mark and his help did a great job putting in a sump pump. Always respectful and cleaned up well. We were able to get in touch with him easily. Very professional work.
Top Notch Waterproofing gave me a great quote to dig out my downspouts. I worked directly with the owner Mark who was very responsive. I also liked that he purchased the materials, planned and coordinated all of the job activities. Mark and his crew arrived on time and did a great job. Also, they cleaned up the place well after they left. I strongly recommend Mark and Top Notch Waterproofing for future services. A++
Did an excellent job, had no problems at all.
Mark was always upfront an letting us know when he would be there. His communication meant a lot. Work was great, appreciate their work.
Mark and Rob from Top Notch Waterproofing are awesome. They are knowledgeable and explain everything right from the beginning; and all through the project. There price was half of the bigger basement technology companies. This being said; their service was better than the bigger companies. They ran into a glitch that took them a lot more time than anticipated. They explained the solution that took them a lot of extra hours and never charged extra money. They stuck with their original price quote. Our basement system works great. It has a warranty if there are any problems. I would absolutely meet them for a consultation if you need a waterproofing company. I highly recommend them for any job.
