TOPTIER

TOPTIER is listed as a masonry contractor in this area, but very little independent information could be confirmed about the business beyond two customer reviews. Both reviews on file are from 2024 and describe serious problems: one reviewer said the business left a front porch and the front of the house in a mess and never returned to finish the work after being paid for materials in advance. A second reviewer said they were left without contact for over four months after paying, that the business would not answer the phone, and that they intended to pursue the matter in court. Given how little else is documented about this business, ask for verifiable references and consider paying in stages tied to completed work rather than in advance, and confirm licensing and insurance directly before hiring.
