The jobs customers describe are the awkward ones. In January 2026 another watched a couch that measured 36 inches at its shortest go through a 29-inch door frame. A third move ran up three flights of stairs in cold rain. Speed and care turn up in the same sentence, which is not the usual pattern. Reviewers describe crews that walk the house first, cover the furniture and floors, then work without stopping — one customer in June 2026 wrote that the movers introduced themselves and shook hands before touching anything. Several say the final bill came in at or under the estimate. An elderly couple moving from Leominster to Greenville, Maine in June 2026 described the same crew loading the truck one day and unloading it days later. The history runs deep: 304 written accounts across six sources going back to 2008, 40 of them in the last six months. Two complaints deserve a straight answer before you book. In January 2026 a one-star reviewer looking for eviction moving called the company "total scammers", alleging thousands of dollars in nonrefundable charges and a job left incomplete. In October 2025 another said a $200 "premium weekend fee" appeared only after the quote was agreed, and that the move date was cancelled less than 48 hours out with nothing offered in its place. A third one-star, in March 2026, says only "Never again". Its Angi page is quieter and older — 4.5 from 15 ratings, the newest written account there dating to November 2019. For a household move around Worcester County with heavy or fragile pieces, this is a well-worn choice with a long paper trail behind it. Get the estimate in writing, and ask directly what is refundable and whether a weekend rate applies — the complaints here are about money and dates, not about how the furniture was handled.
