An lpgasmagazine.com headline states that East River Energy acquires Tracey Energy Services. On Google it holds 4.8 stars from 135 ratings, and its BBB grade is A+. A 2023 customer said they had bought heating oil from the company since moving to Connecticut in 1999 and that oil deliveries were on time. A 2024 customer of more than 15 years said the company responded promptly to service calls and made sure they understood the problem. In a 2024 review, a customer said they woke to no heat and the service department rearranged its schedule to send someone within a few hours that same day. A 2022 customer said someone arrived within 2 hours of the call when the house was about 55 degrees, and the furnace was fixed quickly. A 2022 customer with a broken thermostat said two men arrived within an hour or so, gave the cost up front and were in and out before the house got too hot. A 2023 customer said the worker who replaced their zone valve and motor did clean work. my advice don't avail the monthly budget plan or use price lock rate not a good experience ,I switch to different company much way better pricing

Technician forgot to turn the hot water heater back on. Resolved via phone call.
I was already scheduled for annual service, but switched over to Heat mode a few days early (since it was in the 40's overnight). We awakened to no heat and the service dept. rearranged the schedule to get someone out to fix and do maintenance within a few hours that same day! Excellent service and a very nice technician too!
