This guy is a fraud. Price gouges people. Told me $250 to service my boilers, when he was said and done he told me it would be about $1k. I questioned him and he said that it was because he had to buy a $250 part. According to a different plumber I’m now using, that $250 part is really a $20 part and the guy is a liar. Best part is, he didn’t even fix my boilers…he did basically nothing. Do not work with this guy
Showed up to tell me my pipe was cracked, okay fine. Had us go out to buy him another pipe to use only for him to come back days later to install it, charge us way too much money, and ultimately crack it again so my sink leaked worse than before. Just used another plumber recommended to us who went out himself to get us a pipe, came back immediately and charged much less.
Tom had arrived in less than 2 hours when I called and repaired my mothers water heater. Very professional and quality work. Used Tri-State once before and will use again!
