Siding has carried through 2025 and into 2026 — full replacements described in August and September 2025 and again in May 2026 — and one October 2021 customer had Trident paint the entire inside of the house. Small jobs seem to get answered too: an April 2025 customer with a minor siding project said the first three companies they called never called back, and John reached out after they posted a question online. Cleanup comes up repeatedly in the older reviews — no trash left behind in December 2021, an immaculate cleanup in November 2021, and in April 2022 a crew that protected the lawn and flowers while installing shingles and then spent a long time afterwards clearing up. On pricing, an October 2021 customer said the price was fair and a January 2026 customer praised what they were charged. Trident did a phenomenal job doing a complete replacement of our siding. John was delightful to work with from start to finish. Communication was clear and frequent, with daily updates on what had been accomplished and previews of what we could expect the next day. John was actively on site throughout the three-week job, and his team of installers worked incredibly hard to keep things moving quickly. He truly went above and beyond at every turn, from collaborating with other contractors planning accompanying jobs at our house to problem-solving when our newly installed doorbell wasn't working. His pricing was fair and reasonable and the finished product looks fantastic! We couldn't be happier with our Trident experience.
