Its Houzz page shows 5.0 stars from 10 ratings. In a 2018 review, a customer said the company removed two walls and moved a beam into the ceiling to open the kitchen to the living and dining area, then gutted the kitchen and installed new drywall, flooring, cabinets, appliances, a backsplash and electrical. In a 2017 review, a customer said John recommended ordering many of the fixtures online for the team to install during a two-week master bathroom renovation. A 2017 customer said a job to replace 16 old windows turned up framing damaged by rot, which required replacing the entire north side of the house and parts of the west side. A 2017 customer said John Bixby's exterior renovation was extended by unforeseen construction issues and left the house with shiplap cedar siding, trim and a new front porch and entrance. A 2017 customer said new doors that meet code were custom-fitted into odd-sized openings in an old house. A 2016 customer said the company installed bamboo floors and trim, painted the downstairs, laid bathroom tile and built a bathroom mirror, coat rack and coffee table during a townhouse renovation.
John and his team were great to work with. Trillium did a complete upgrade of two of our bathrooms, and other household projects. Trillium was very thoughtful to every detail and suggested cost savings. Make sure you ask for Tex as the project manager when you work with Trillium.
John and the Trillium team did an awesome job transforming our house and bringing our vision to life. They removed two walls and moved a beam into the ceiling to open our kitchen to the living/dining area. They did a full gut job on the kitchen installing new drywall, flooring, cabinets, appliances, a backsplash, and electrical. The result is beautiful and we love it. In addition to the kitchen, the guys also replaced our front door, all of the interior doors, gave a half bath a facelift, tiled a fireplace, and built and installed built-ins in our living room. We lived in the house through the entire renovation and the team (Nate, Josh, and Woody) could not have been more courteous and neat. Everything from the tile work to custom fitting each interior door and building shelves was done beautifully. As with any renovation, make sure to budget extra time and money. I highly recommend Trillium.
We hired John and the crew from Trillium to remodel our master bathroom. It was a gut remodel. They did an excellent job - beautiful tile work, courteous workers (thanks Josh, Nate and Tom!). They were also very tidy as the bathroom is on the third floor of our townhouse - everyday they laid down drop cloths on all the steps and in the hallway and every night they took them up and, if it was needed, they even vacuumed the stairs. Also, carpet in our master bedroom is white and they used the area for a work area (we moved to our guest suite), but the flooring was carefully and completely covered. One small spot by the entrance to the bathroom, but they took care of that in the end. We are very happy with the work and the responsiveness of the owner, John. Didn’t meet the master electrician they brought in, but he did nice neat work. Did meet the master plumber, Mark, and he was very pleasant and did a nice job also. We would highly recommend them and, in fact, we are going to have them tackle our guest suite and downstairs hallway next.
Trillium remodeling transformed my old out dated bathroom to a work of beauty. Even after several weeks every time I go into my new bathroom I can't believe it's really mine. All my friends are envious. Johny and his crew did a fantastic job and were a pleasure to work with. I'd definitely use them for my next remodeling project!!
John & his crew came to our home to replace 16 old windows. After removing the first window they realized that there was a greater problem. The framing of the house was severely damaged by rot and needed to be replaced. This required replacing the entire north side of the house and parts of the west side. The scope of the project was a little bigger than anyone had an anticipated. John and the crew acted in a totally professional manner through the entire project.
