Trinity was very easy to deal with and extremely communicative! And Tyrone did a wonderful job explaining the process and every step along the way.

I'd like to know why Sunstrong is asking me to pay when I'm installing your solar company's system. Do you have a partnership with them? Why is there also Sunnova? Are these two different companies, or has one gone out of business? Why do I need to pay both an electricity bill and a solar bill?

Trinity Solar engaged in predatory pricing and has failed to complete my project, leaving me with non-functional equipment and significant financial loss. The company has demonstrated severe project mismanagement, including ignored consumer protection demands and attempts to inflate system prices by thousands of dollars. Avoid this contractor, as formal AG enforcement actions are currently being sought. Buyer beware.

Absolutely the most atrocious customer service experience I've dealt in my 4 decades on this planet. Our 10 year old system stopped producing electricity in 9 months ago. Despite trinity having access to your production, they won't give you a courtesy call there might be something wrong with it. When I found out, I immediately called them. They said they'll get their team try to trouble shoot the problem remotely and if they can't, will get a service person to our house. Didnt hear for 2 weeks, called them back- turns out their remote team found no problem with my system and closed the case. No email, phone call, nothing. Just case closed. Hmm, like what do you mean? My system isn't producing shit. So I call them back, "you're right, I don't know why they closed it, we'll reopen it and get back to you within a week". Now here comes the single most frustrating part. Over the next month, i didn't hear a single word back. MONTH. When you attempt to call this dysfunctional operation-your only chance of getting through is if you're lucky enough to be the first customer on the line. At precisely 1:30 minutes of holding, you'll be asked if you'd like to leave a message or your number and they'll call you back. DO NOT CHOOSE THIS OPTION, after dozens if not hundreds of calls, they have never once called me back. At precisely 4 minutes into holding, they will hang up on you. So your only hope is your call going through in the first precious 4 minutes. After literally a month of calling EVERY damn day, I finally had the brilliant idea of calling in the middle of the night. That got me to their overnight call service. "Do you have an emergency?" They asked. I told them I've been trying to reach them for over a month and yes the lights in my kitchen have been flickering. Then and only then did I manage to have a technician finally come over and tell me the inverter needs replacing. A week later the inverter was fixed, but my trust in this banana republic of a corporation never could be. Oh, and the cherry on top? They left about 10 holes in my siding they wouldn't fix.
