Did some research and that is definitely not the case. Spoke to manager who regurgitated same info, with no resolution. Stay clear!!!”
Showed up on time, was very efficient, consulted us eith options for how to solve our challenges and I most appreciated that they put booties on to protect my hardwood floors from getting dirty. Would definitely hire them again!
I got them from Angi and the salesman, Rich, came to check our A/C and determine what we needed to be done. He was very easy to deal with and knowledgeable talked for a few hours and decided we needed to install a new A/C unit. He sent me the cost and said I would need to give him 30% down and then go on line and transfer the balance when completed. I agreed and the office called me to schedule the installation work, they also communicated the 30% down and balance on line after. The team came to our condo and installed the unit in short time, very efficient, respectful and professional with the exception of one of the men in the crew who was arragent, rude and disrespectful, when finished my wife brought me some cash to tip to the workers, but before I could the rude man demanded to be paid I gave him the deposit and said I would go on line and submitt the balance but he was insisting that would not work and demanded the balance which I gave him. we never got a follow up call, why

Diagnosis was spot on and he saved me money. He was Bert accommodating and through in his work. I would use a trust 1 again.
