In an October 2022 Google review, a customer wrote that Gerald "was responsive and came out quickly for a vinyl siding project" and was "very helpful and informative." A December 2022 customer said the business "provided all the services we needed and asked for." In January 2024 a Google reviewer wrote that the company came out to do an estimate and then "ghosted us," with "not one returned call" after multiple messages; that customer went with another construction company. In February 2025 another reviewer said they called with a couple of questions before sending over a friend who needed work done, and "was hung up on by the owner" before they could explain why they were calling.
Called to ask a couple of questions before I sent over a buddy who needed some work done and was hung up on by the owner before I could even say why I was calling. Would not recommend anyone give them business with the poor level of customer service and appreciation.
They came out to do an estimate and then ghosted us. Not one returned call after calling an leaving multiple messages. We did find another construction company that got us moving along. I don't understand why it is so hard to call us back and tell us they don't have time or whatever. Totally unprofessional.
This business provided all the services we needed and asked for. We highly recommend this business.
Gerald was great, he was responsive and came out quickly for a vinyl siding project. He was very helpful and informative and I would recommend him to anyone.
