A June 2016 HomeAdvisor reviewer reported two ceiling fans, a chandelier and correction of wiring in an outlet, praising the workmanship and reasonable price. A March 2016 review described an under-cabinet light installation and a kept appointment. In July 2016, another homeowner said Ray and Chris had finished the first half of a wiring update in an 85-year-old house; the customer said the work was on time and as discussed, with the remaining phase planned for fall. HomeAdvisor and Angi each show 4.9 stars from 36 ratings, while the written customer history runs from 2015 to 2021. In February 2021, Cassandra praised an on-time arrival and a quickly completed job. A March 2016 customer did report an arrival delay caused by other emergency jobs, but said Ray remedied it by sending Chris and that the work was done quickly.
