On Time very easy quick and convenient

This is a great, affordable way to move. I used U-Pack a year ago to move out of state and used them again to move back. It was a cheaper option than PODS. The first time I hired movers to help me load the trailer. The second time I used a Relocube and packed everything myself. The only thing that would have made it more perfect would be if they came with ratchet straps to secure stuff (which I had to buy from a local store). Great customer service.

The service and prices was great. Everyone we spoke to was nice and helpful. The deliver and pick went very well. I would use your surface in the future.

This was by FAR the best moving experience I’ve had (and I’ve done a LOT of moving and tried many different options, some resulting in horror stories). From the first phone call inquiring to picking up our containers post-move, this process was incredible. Every UPack employee was super helpful, friendly, and professional. I called leading up to making my reservation multiple times with a number of questions and everyone I spoke to was kind and happy to help. The employees who delivered and picked up the containers were so nice and did a great job. Our stuff arrived on time and honestly this process went smoother than I could have possibly imagined. This company goes above and beyond to make what can be a really stressful experience a breeze. Oh and they’re pricing? Compared to other similar container moving companies, I was shocked at how good their prices are. It almost seemed to good to be true but this was one of those rare instances where it was just true. This is the ONLY way I’ll move from now on! Thank you UPack for providing outstanding service!

Exceptional Customer Service!! Every interaction from the first call to start the quote, the interactions with the drivers, updates on the status of our trailer once on the move, to the the final pick-up was top notch!
