In a December 2024 review, a customer described using U-Pack to move out of state and then back. They hired movers to load a trailer on the first move, then packed a Relocube themselves on the second. They found U-Pack cheaper than PODS, but wished ratchet straps had come with the container; they bought their own at a local store. That account distinguishes the transport service from the loading help the customer arranged separately.
