The company says it was founded in 2014 by Bruno and Isabela Aragao as a family-owned small business. Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration, number 183615, held by Ulta Home Improvements Inc., is active on the state registry. Its BBB grade is A+, and Best Pick Reports shows 5.0 stars from 89 ratings. A 2026 Best Pick Reports customer said the company repainted the exterior of their front door and their new mailbox to match, working with Bruno and his team. A 2026 reviewer, a new homeowner who hired them for a floor refinish, wrote that the staff were timely and answered questions, and that payments went through the Buildertrend app. A 2026 reviewer, a mom often home with small children, said every person they sent to the home was kind and helpful and that she never had concerns about feeling safe with their staff.
