Ultimate Duo Heating&Cooling is a Methuen, MA outfit whose own listing says it brings experience, honesty and attention to detail to HVAC work, with no shortcuts or upselling. It also lists plumbing pipe repair, sink and faucet work, and handyman services on Thumbtack alongside central air and heating installation and repair. In a June 2025 review, a customer whose AC had suddenly stopped working said Xavier and Oniel showed up on time, diagnosed the issue quickly, and explained it in terms they could understand. An April 2024 review named Manny as the company's best worker, specifically for electrical work. More than one person does the work — reviews name Xavier, Oniel and Manny separately — so it's worth asking who will be assigned before booking.
Xavier & Oniel came out to take a look at my AC when it suddenly stopped working. He showed up on time, diagnosed the issue quickly, and explained everything in a way I could actually understand. Super professional, honest, and you can tell he really takes pride in his work. Definitely my go-to for anything HVAC from now on
Manny is their best worker. He is good at the electrical aspect of it all.
