Unique Hardwood floor resanded and refinished a small hallway of old home (early 1900s) with original wood floors. Good condition but a few rough patches. Unique floor quickly provided estimate and scheduled work. Estimate in line with others received. Floor looks great. Rough patch is much better. Would hire again.
Very sloppy. They did not use a dustless sanding system and as a result there was dust everywhere. Also there was poly all over the baseboards so now I have to redo those.
I needed my floors buffed and poly-ed (about 1,800 sq. ft.). Within a few minutes of submitting my quote request on HomeAdvisor, Tiffany called to set up an appointment for a quote. Tiffany and Tuan were on time and provided a great quote. They were able to do the work about two days later. On **work day**, Tuan and Tiffany were on time and Tuan did an amazing job in only one day! The floors are beautiful and have such a gorgeous shine! Tuan took the time to do all of the edges, transition pieces, and stairs by hand. He cleaned up all of his tools and materials and left the house spotless. I would highly recommend Unique Hardwood Floor for quality, price, and customer service, and will definitely use them in my next house!
Estimates and timing were fast, but the overall work was terrible. Stain did not come close to original floors and the stain was put in sloppy. Lots of streaks, on my walls and fridge. The repair looks worse than what the damage was to begin with... Called them and they said they told me it wouldnt match...sent them pictures of just how bad it was. Said they could come back but do not ever want to work with them again
Tuan did an amazing job turning my beat-up stained, ugly staircase ( had been covered in carpeting over 20 years) into a honey-gold thing of beauty! His wife Tiffany kept me posted every step of the way & answered my calls/texts immediately! The price was very reasonable. It was a great experience & I would recommend Unique Hardwood Floors to anyone looking to do this type of project!
