Unique Kitchens & Baths is a kitchen and bath showroom. A 2022 customer said Robin, the owner, answered every one of their many questions with knowledge from 35 years running the showroom, and called a visit a must for anyone thinking of a bathroom or kitchen remodel. A 2025 customer went in to take photos of ideas in the showroom and said the owner, who was not there, appeared to be watching them on a camera while talking on the phone with the person working there. That customer found it too weird and rude and went with a competitor.
similar experience to another reviewer, we had gone in to take some photos of ideas in the showroom so we could look at home and think about the features we wanted. the owner wasn't there, but she was apparently sitting around watching us on a camera because we heard the girl who worked there talking to her saying "i think they are just taking photos for ideas" and the woman talking loudly down the phone to her. as much as we had wanted to use this place based on the fact that it was a local business and liking what we saw in the showroom, we ended up going with a competitor because their service was impeccable. the idea of someone sitting at home watching us and criticizing us for using the showroom for inspiration, which is the reason it exists, was too weird and rude for us.
A real local TREASURE. I’d give more than 5 stars if I could! Sure, if you know what you want, you can order online at Home Depot or Lowe’s, but if you’re not sure, want expert advice or just want to see some different options, this is the place to go. Robin, the owner answered every one of my many questions with knowledge gained from 35 years (I asked) running the showroom (not to mention being married to her plumber husband). The showroom was a testimony to her incredible taste and if you are an animal lover …. her ever-present golden retrievers and adorable cat will make you feel even more at home. If you are thinking of doing a bathroom or kitchen remodel, visiting Robin and her showroom is a must.
