Rentals are a real part of the work: a February 2023 owner of a first Cape Airbnb, hunting for a service that would hold up through peak season, got the turnovers handled, and a 2023 review describes five-plus hours put into a deep clean of a vacation home. A church has been cleaned for close to three years, a relationship that started during COVID when it needed sanitising between services. The detail work gets singled out — under the beds and into the tile grout for a February 2025 customer, and light fixtures and glassware handled gently on a first visit in April 2026. Another February 2025 customer got a deep clean booked at the last minute, and one that month praised the post-construction cleanups after renovations: no dust, no debris, move-in ready. The office earns its own mentions for straightforward invoicing and for calling ahead when a crew might run late. Two accounts run the other way. In December 2024 a customer wrote that the company tried to charge almost twice the original quote, and that the cleaners did not follow the instructions they had been given. In October 2023 a customer who hired the company to get a one-bedroom apartment ready before her baby arrived, while she was eight months pregnant, came away unhappy enough to write about it after sitting with it for days. Settle the scope and the price in writing before the first visit. One quirk while you read the Google page: two reviews carry stars that contradict what they actually say. That December 2024 billing complaint is posted at five stars, and an August 2024 review praising the work and the flexibility around scheduling is posted at one. For a regular clean on the Cape, a deep clean before guests, or turnovers on a rental you cannot get to yourself, this is an established local crew with years of repeat customers behind it. Confirm the scope and the quoted price in writing at the inspection, and be specific about anything you want covered.
