A Cape Cod family described using Sparkleen for monthly cleaning throughout the year and weekly cleaning between summer guests in an April 2024 Google review. They said different people from the company had been thorough, timely and professional, and that the company accommodated last-minute schedule changes and extra cleanings. Sparkleen says Sabrina Silva founded the business in 2015 after working in the cleaning industry. Its website offers residential, office, moving, post-construction and changeover cleaning on Cape Cod. Customers writing in March 2026 described help with both the cleaning itself and arranging it. A Yarmouth Port customer said the cleaners had supported a flexible schedule and left the house ready for guests. Another said Sabrina worked with them to balance their budget and home-cleaning needs, describing her team as timely, friendly and reliable. A third praised the clean home and scheduling accommodations. In January 2026, a customer who had used Sparkleen for several years described punctuality, thorough cleaning and easy communication. Rental cleaning also drew a detailed endorsement in March 2025: a VRBO customer who had used Sabrina's service for years said the team left the property spotless for guests and praised its consistency and attention to detail. In a March 2024 review, a customer described starting with a thorough first cleaning and continuing with biweekly service. Another customer writing that month said they received texts when the cleaners were headed over and when they finished; additional appointments were usually available within a couple of days when requested. A November 2024 customer appreciated texts about scheduling and billing. Google lists a 4.9-star average from 36 ratings; Thumbtack lists 4.8 from 21. There are also specific complaints. In January 2026, a customer praised the cleaning of a small, nearly empty two-bedroom, one-bath condo but said the charge exceeded $400 after a $350–$400 quote. They said the work took two hours less than expected and that the higher charge affected the possibility of a tip. In October 2021, another customer said they had paid for cleaning, nobody arrived, and they wanted their money back.
