United Rooter gets called when a drain or sewer line stops moving. The company describes itself on its website as a provider of sewer, water and excavation repairs and replacements, and says it has been in business for 28 years. Its BBB grade is A+. A recent customer calls Bob responsive, well priced, efficient and effective. A 2026 customer said United Rooter came to the house at 10pm, explained everything and did the job. A 2024 customer with a gurgling tub and a kitchen disposal backing up said the response time was very fast and the problem turned out to be a clogged main line. A 2024 customer said a different company had failed to unclog their sewer pipes; United Rooter unclogged the pipe, got a camera into it, fixed and replaced a bunch of pipe, and came back during spring to patch the pavement that had been cut. A 2023 customer said John and his guys augered a backed-up sewer line at their business, pulled out the tree roots and cleaned up the mess for a fair price. A 2022 customer said Mike and Junior were sent for a recurring plumbing issue at their Bed and Breakfast and were prompt and knowledgeable.
