Uplift Plumbing, Heating & Air works out of Holbrook, splitting its calls between plumbing repairs and HVAC breakdowns — leaking faucets, clogged drains and water heaters on one side, no-heat and no-AC emergencies on the other. Nearly every review names the same technician, Euro, often working with a helper such as Trayvon or Trevon, who does almost all of the hands-on work described in the record. The Google page shows a 5-star average across 152 ratings, and the written history behind that runs 139 reviews from 2023 through today across four sources — the most recent stretch, a dozen reviews in the last six months, landing entirely positive. The specifics repeat more than the star count does: customers describe getting someone out the same day or the next morning for a stuck AC unit or a heating system that quit, with shoe covers and a cleaned-up work area coming up often enough across faucet and drain jobs to read as routine rather than a one-off. The work ranges beyond typical service calls too — reviews mention swapping in a reverse-osmosis system alongside a new sink, converting a dryer from electric to propane, and replacing a garbage disposal, on top of the more common faucet and water heater jobs. On cost, in a January 2026 review, one customer who priced a heating repair against other HVAC companies said Uplift came in $3,000 to $7,000 below the competing bids, and in a 2023 review, another homeowner switched to Uplift after a prior plumber wanted an extra $4,000 just to open a wall for a leak repair that Uplift fixed without breaking anything. The one thing worth asking about: in an August 2025 review, a customer whose job otherwise went smoothly said the invoice didn't spell out upfront that full payment was due on completion — worth confirming before a larger job starts. Uplift is a reasonable call for both routine plumbing work and a heating or cooling system that fails on short notice, backed by an active Massachusetts plumbing license. Ask about payment timing before work begins, and given how consistently one technician appears across the reviews, it's fair to ask whether he'll be the one on your job.
Great service. Quick and clean. Resolved my issue in 1 visit.
The service provided by Euro and the staff at Uplift Plumbing was excellent. I had a pipe leaking under my sink which caused significant damage to the cabinet and basement sill areas. It was a messy and time- consuming repair but Euro conducted the work with expertise and patience. It was priced fairly. I will call upon Uplift again if there I have any future needs.
We are very pleased with Uplift Plumbing's work on repairing and replacing various faucets at our house. Euro also answered many questions about various potential plumbing issues here. We found Uplift to be professional, knowledgeable and reliable. Would use again.
Great, honest service. Euros was our technician and he was great to work with. Diagnosed and fixed the unit on first visit. Would highly recommend requesting Euros as your tech.
Euro did a great job fixing my central AC. He was professional, knowledgeable, and got everything working perfectly. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing AC repairs. I’m so happy I found them!
