Uprising Renovations Inc.

Uprising Renovations is a Saugus general contractor working the North Shore — kitchen and bathroom remodels, full home renovations, flooring and interior upgrades, exterior and structural work, and custom carpentry and built-ins. Its site names Ricardo Martins as owner and lead contractor and says he has been building and renovating homes since the early 1980s, describing the company as backed by over 40 years of construction experience. The company's Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration, #212558, is active on the state registry in the company's own name. BuildZoom's profile carries the same number and names Ricardo Martins as owner and Ricardo S Martins as president. One practical thing before you dial: the phone on that BuildZoom profile, (954) 573-3234, is a Florida area code, while the company's own website gives (339) 203-7056. Use the number on the site. The stated working area is Saugus, Lynn, Peabody and Wakefield. For a North Shore homeowner planning a kitchen, a bath or a whole-house renovation, this is a small outfit built around one long-time builder. Settle the scope, the schedule and the payment milestones in writing before demolition starts, and ask for the insurance certificate.
