Urban Pools

We needed a new pool cover. The one we had came in 1979 and had long lived an extra life. Cover came from loop loc. We called several pool companies and Angela at urban construction took our request and ran with it. When it came time to close the pool and put the new cover on, Karl Urban and Joe came over to do both tasks. They were friendly and professional. They did an excellent job. I highly recommend then for both the pool Closing and a new cover if you need one.

Very professional and all services done on schedule. A pleasure to do business with.

I had a terrible experience with a pool contractor where not only the quality was an issue, they actually failed to install necessary equipment. I had no idea what the contractor neglected to supply until Urban Pools evaluated my system. Without The expert advice from Urban Pools I would not have been able to go back to the original pool contractor for a remedy. I have since been using Urban Pools to open, provide weekly maintenance and close my pool. They perform excellent work, communicate well and show up on time.

Excellent experience with Urban Pools! Karl replaced my pool liner and installed two new pool lights, and the quality of the work was outstanding. The service was fast, and the entire process was smooth. Karl did an excellent job and was very professional. Angela was always responsive, communicative, and quick to answer my questions. I highly recommend them for their high-quality work and outstanding customer service.

Urban Pools replaced our liner. It was a great experience working with Karl. He is obviously very experienced. His attention to detail was noted throughout the whole project. We have a sand bottom pool that required meticulously flattening before the liner could be put in. Karl was also very helpful with important pool maintenance knowledge, as this is our first pool. His honest and fair approach was refreshing. We highly recommend Urban Pools.
