US Siding & Construction

When US Siding & Construction replaced a homeowner's siding and roof at the end of 2019, the thing he wrote about afterwards was not the shingles — it was being kept in the loop, he and his wife both, the whole way through. That January 2020 review is the one written customer account of the work, and the company has clearly kept building since: BuildZoom counts 21 permitted projects, Houzz shows ten. The Ashland company, owned by Norma Fernandez Santos, is set up for exterior work with the manufacturer training that goes with it. Houzz lists it as a James Hardie certified installer and a CertainTeed Shingle Master with EPA lead-safe renovation credentials, and gives its profile an A+; the services on that page run from siding and window replacement through roof replacement, decks, additions and new construction. The licensing takes a question or two. BuildZoom lists an active Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration issued in November 2025 (#203688) and an active EPA renovation licence, while two older HIC numbers — including the 166684 that Houzz still prints — are listed there as inactive, and an unrestricted construction supervisor licence is shown as unverified. Those are directory listings rather than registry confirmations, so ask which registration your contract will be written under and check the number yourself. For siding, windows or a roof around MetroWest this is a reasonable shop to bring in for a quote. Ask for two recent addresses you can drive by, since the written customer history here stops in 2020.
