Value Oil Co delivers heating oil, and a recent customer who used it for 10 years while living in Lebanon found it also delivers to Chaplin, where it helped with an emergency visit when the heat went out. A recent customer said Phil and Karen helped diagnose their boiler and walked them through fixing it. Value Oil had been my personal oil company for 10 years when I lived in Lebanon. Excellent service! When I moved and began a program for veterans at Veterans Base Camp in Chaplin, I was pleased to find out they not only deliver to Chaplin, but also give a veteran discount. They have been fantastic to work with, and have helped us with an emergency visit when our heat went out. In addition, Karen, the angel who answers the phone, has also helped us with our annual Toy Drive for veterans and active duty service members. I can't recommend them highly enough.
