“We went with Venture. I had my roof replaced as part of the deal. The roof cost was substantially less with Venture”
“I went through Venture Solar and had my loan through Sunnova.”
“Solar decision Hi so seriously thinking about solar and I see so many people saying leasing is the worst idea but for me it seems to make sense. What am I missing that is so so bad? My ui bill is averaging like 430 a month. I’m in Stratford. I need a 16k-17k system like 36-38 panels Buying would be like 50-60k I don’t have any extra money so I’d have to finance the whole thing and now it’s likely too late to even get the federal credit. My loan would probably be almost as much as my electric bill or am I wrong about this? The leasing quotes I’ve gotten 6 and they really vary. Sunrun, green”
“Try some of the best options our family ran into: Smart Volt Solutions, Venture, Evergreen.”
“Try Smart Volt Solutions, Venture, maybe Evergreen?”
The install crew was excellent. They were on time, courteous, answered all my questions, and were efficient. It took about 6 hours for the installation and they were professional each step of the way.
Great customer service. Always great at communicating with me 😁👍🏼
Update: A few hours after leaving this review the owner of the company called and explained the situation to me. He was very professional, and I now understand the delay. I am changing my rating to three stars, on an interim basis. Will update as required. Everything started great, our salesperson explained everything thoroughly, we received a competitive quote, signed a letter of intent. That was back in March. Since then (it's late July right now) I have reached out five times (June 5th, June 24th, June 30th, July 10th and July 17th) to get an update. Nobody there seems to know what's going on, nor will anybody call me back with any information. Despite the fact that during the last two calls, I have received assurances that somebody will call me back. Nothing. When I call the project manager who was supposedly assigned to my project, I am told that the salesman might know what is going on. I can't get ahold of the salesman. I call the main number. The receptionist tells me that they are going to message my project manager. I ask who my project manager is and the receptionist tells me that they don't know. Unacceptable! I don't mind waiting for the permitting process. I. JUST. WANT. AN. UPDATE. I was told 90 days at the longest. We are going on 150 days... Please, do yourself a favor, look elsewhere for your solar project.
