Could not be happier with Verdant Pest Control. Knowledgeable, professional, and no "upselling." Last year, we saw what we thought could be evidence of carpenter ant or termites in one corner of basement. Lance came and inspected the area of concern. He identified evidence that common harmless ants had traveled under garage door, across garage and along a radiator passage, tracking with them sand and organic matter from outdoors. Lance confirmed no termites and no carpenter ants. Further, given that there was no activity he recommended no treatment. For a company that can professionally address infestation problems, but won't sell you services that are not necessary - Verdant Pest Control is great.

I was really impressed with how much this company wants to do the right thing well. I called for help with squirrel damage near my roof, and they fixed it fast and expertly. This is such a great company! They do a fantastic job sanitizing and preventing future infestations. Lance is so knowledgeable and professional, and a pleasure to work with. After moving into a brand new home, and waking up to the living room full of swarming carpenter ants. We called Lance to stop by and help us out with the Ants and any other creepy crawlers. Not only did he get here the next day. He did a very thorough job in inspecting the home, explaining his findings, and how to best prevent them. Since signing up for his quarterly service. Lance has stopped by to retreat a few windows due some angry wasps, and explained that he will keep respraying as many times as needed until the issue is resolved. This is the top notch service that any home owner should have!
