A 2011 review recalled two thresholds fixed at no charge beyond the original quote and called the company the cheapest of the estimates gathered, and a 2010 review described floors "brought back to life" in a home the same family then hired Viking again for. One 2012 review is a real exception: a homeowner reported poly overspray, stained baseboards, and a job the crew never came back to finish.
