Vincent A Luciano Jr

Vincent A Luciano Jr is a one-person electrical business in Methuen — BuildZoom lists him as the sole employee and owner — and the permits filed under his name show what people in town call him for. Finished basements and attics, four-season and three-season rooms, a garage converted into a family room, above-ground pool circuits and subpanels, kitchen and bathroom remodel wiring, an addition, an emergency service repair. Thirty permitted projects appear on his BuildZoom profile, eight of them in the past three years, almost all residential work in Methuen; a couple reach further out to North Billerica and North Attleboro, and a 2025 permit covers the wiring on a new single-family house. One job on the list is worth knowing he takes: going through a homeowner's own basement wiring, correcting it and fitting tamper-resistant receptacles and arc-fault breakers. BuildZoom lists Massachusetts electrician licence #23127 for him. Look that number up on the state's electrician register yourself before you book, and ask for a certificate of insurance. If you'd rather have one electrician doing the work himself than a crew rotating through, that's the setup here — a fit for a basement or attic build-out, remodel and addition circuits, or a pool subpanel. Get the scope and price in writing, and ask who pulls the permit and handles the inspection.
