Across 13 reviews from 2017 to 2023 on seven different platforms, nearly all of them five stars, the same details keep coming up: customers describe Ross personally quoting jobs quickly and explaining the technical side of a roof — materials, fasteners, and how a new roof would stop the ice dams that had been jamming up the old one. A 2021 review credits a suggestion from him with saving about $500 on a flat-roof project, and another from that year says he went out of his way to keep a flat roof leak-proof afterward. A 2020 emergency repair was looked at the same day it was reported and finished within a couple of days. There's a real mismatch worth asking about directly. The license numbers on file don't match either: Houzz lists a Massachusetts home improvement license as cs-109153, while BuildZoom lists a different active Massachusetts home improvement contractor license, #192527, for the same business. Get the current license number and how long the company itself has actually been operating confirmed before signing anything. For a flat or low-slope roof, especially on a commercial building, or a standard residential reroof in central Massachusetts, Wachusett is worth a call — just nail down which license number is current and ask Ross directly about the company's history first.
