I’ve worked with many contractors for repairs at my brownstone in Boston. Mark is hands down the most responsive and professional of them all. Even after paying for our work in full, we noticed a couple of items that needed corrected, and he came out to ensure that everything was done to our satisfaction. His response time is insane and he’s always just seemed like a good human. He paid careful attention to our one year old’s bedroom, too. Couldn’t recommend a better contractor.
