When an install goes well, customers name the crew that did it. In August 2026 a reviewer credited Matt and Kevin with pulling a worn countertop and setting the new one quickly. In April 2025, Kenny, Hugo and Ericson corrected the backsplash around an uneven wall on a quartz job. A January 2026 customer with Caesarstone quartz bought through Lowe's went two weeks from the measuring visit to installation, and a March 2025 customer described the templating step — a technician making wooden models of the existing counters — as the part that set the job up right. The complaints land on the same few things: seams, the detail work, and the wait. An April 2026 reviewer wrote that seams cut in the factory and on site curled into a high spot of 3/16 to 1/4 inch along the whole length, and that the installers knew the seam was wrong and fitted it anyway. A December 2022 customer said the material's direction was run the wrong way even after they sent back a photo showing how it should go. In August 2024 a homeowner reported countertops that weren't sealed properly and water getting in around the sink, with a 3pm-6pm repair window that came and went. A December 2024 reviewer described an installer arriving late, breaking a new hanging light fixture while taking off his jacket, and leaving a crooked sink. A April 2025 customer had to call a week after paying to arrange measurements and was still calling a month later for an install date. One more thing that catches people out: a June 2023 reviewer warned that the old backsplash had to be off and levelled and the plumbing disconnected before the measuring visit, which meant hiring a drywall worker and a plumber. If your countertop is coming through a big-box order and Ware Rite is the installer, spend your time on the details. Confirm the edge profile against a physical sample rather than a phone photo, get seam placement and the material's direction agreed in writing before fabrication starts, and settle who does the prep work and who you call when a date slips.
