A recent reviewer says they called on a Thursday and had a new heating oil tank installed by Monday. In a 2026 review, a customer said their oil tank started leaking at 10:00 on a Saturday night; Matt responded less than a half hour after their voicemail and text, arrived at 2 am and pumped the nearly full tank, and came early the next morning to install a new tank. In a 2025 review, a customer said their furnace was leaking water and they had no heat, and that Matt came the next day, installed the furnace and had the heat running by Saturday evening. In another 2025 review, a customer said Matt responded immediately, arrived the following morning and brought their old oil boiler back to life. A 2025 reviewer said Matt inspected and serviced their boiler and replaced what was needed. In a separate 2025 review, a customer said the mini split system he recommended and installed had been perfect.
