Across 43 Google ratings averaging 4.9, customer after customer describes the same arc: they wanted out of oil, they weren't sure what to replace it with, and the person who walked them through the state's rebate and loan machinery was Saleek. A customer writing in 2024 said the rebate Atmos filed for covered 80% of the cost of their new system, and that without it they could not have afforded the upgrade. In 2025, a homeowner converting from oil to gas described a free consultation, a quote inside a day offering Mitsubishi mini-splits or Bosch heat pumps, and work starting within a week. Another 2025 customer said Atmos was the only contractor of several willing to explore a rooftop heat pump, and the only one that caught electrical work the others had missed.
The company is Boston-based and says it installs residential and commercial systems throughout Massachusetts — central air, air handlers, furnaces, hydro-air, high-efficiency boilers, high-velocity and ductless mini-split systems. The reach is real: a March 2026 customer had central air installed at a Cape Cod house and noted the crew cleaned up at the end of every day.
Speed shows up too, and recently. A March 2026 reviewer texted that their heat was out, got an answer in ten minutes, had a crew there the next morning, and when the system turned out to be beyond repair, a whole new unit was installed the same day.
The one dissent is worth weighing. In October 2024 a customer with no heat booked an appointment two days out, nobody arrived, and calls between 10:30 and 11:30 went to voicemail; when someone finally picked up and promised a callback in twenty minutes, two hours passed. Nine reviews have landed in the last six months and none of them are negative, so this looks like a bad week rather than a habit — but it is the failure mode to guard against when your heat is already off.
Two housekeeping notes. The website is dated 2019 and its team page names staff no customer has mentioned in years, while the homepage claims 30 years in business and the About page says over 25 — background, not current fact. And nearly everything written about this company sits on Google alone.
Best call for a planned changeover — heat pump, mini-split, oil-to-gas — especially if you want the Mass Save paperwork handled for you. Confirm the appointment the day before, and get the rebate path written into the quote.
