Waveleone Construction is a general contractor and construction manager whose reviews keep naming one person: Francis, also written Frances or Frankie, named in 15 reviews from 2020 to 2024. The company's site lists Litchfield and Fairfield as its service area.
The detailed accounts are renovations. In a September 2024 Google review, a customer described a partial basement finish — an office, a workout area, a reading nook and a space for the dogs under the stairs — finished on the estimated timeline for the originally proposed amount, and said Francis provided receipts for materials. A December 2023 review describes him acting as general contractor on a kitchen renovation that needed every trade, from town permits to final clean-up, with the site cleaned every day. A January 2023 review describes a partial renovation of a house in Sandy Hook that started on the agreed date and kept to the timeline so the family was home for the holidays, with Francis sending texts, calls and pictures almost daily. An August 2023 review comes from a tradesperson Francis hired on a Bethel renovation, who called him detailed, organized and knowledgeable about codes.
The business's earlier Angi reviews, from 2020, describe window cleaning, including 34 windows at one house; one 2020 Angi review said the pricing was a bit high for window cleaning alone.
It holds 5 stars from 14 Google ratings and 5.0 from 25 ratings on HomeAdvisor. The newest written review, from October 2025, is about a roof replacement.
Its Connecticut home improvement contractor registration, HIC.0659206, is active, held by Waveleone Construction LLC.
