The one piece of independent feedback is telling about who hires them. In a January 2022 review the customer is not a homeowner but another security firm, Setronics, which wrote that 'Will is the best sub contractor we use and would recommend him to multiple clients.' A trade referral from a competitor-integrator is a meaningful signal, but it is a single review, and it says nothing about how the company handles a household job. A homeowner wanting cameras, an alarm or a wired network in a house should treat this as a competent commercial-leaning integrator that also takes residential work: ask for two or three recent residential references, confirm the licence numbers directly with the state, and get the system's warranty and monitoring arrangements in writing, since the company's own listing says warranties are not offered.
