Will Sepulveda's crew pulls the wiring most people never see: card readers on a door, cameras at the corners of a building, the alarm and the fibre that ties it all back to a panel. WES Systems works out of Jefferson, and its own site describes low-voltage and security integration — access control, CCTV, intrusion and alarm, audio-visual and structured cabling — for commercial, institutional and residential customers. The company says it started in 2019, and that Sepulveda brings more than 28 years of hands-on low-voltage and life-safety work to it. The written customer history here is one review, and it came from inside the trade. In a 2022 HomeAdvisor review, a Massachusetts security integrator that had hired WES as a subcontractor wrote that Will “is the best sub contractor we use and would recommend him to multiple clients,” and rated the job five stars. That is a peer endorsement: another installer trusts his work enough to put him on their own jobs. Two other things are on paper. The Massachusetts Supplier Diversity Office certifies the company as a Minority Business Enterprise, active until September 2028, and the Better Business Bureau grades its Jefferson profile A+. The licence numbers the directories carry don't line up: BBB records SS-002912 from the Massachusetts Department of Public Safety and Inspections, while HomeAdvisor carries a self-reported trade number 10784 expiring in July 2028, neither of them confirmed against a state registry here. For a camera or access-control job — a commercial building, or a house wired to commercial standards — this is a small shop with a long-experienced owner and one installer's recommendation behind it. Ask for residential references, and read the terms on its HomeAdvisor profile before booking: it offers free estimates, and lists no emergency service and no warranties.
