They mouse proofed our home. They were quick efficient and affordable and we haven’t had any mice since. Thrilled with the service.
Such a positive experience with Western Mass Wildlife Removal. Andrew was meticulous in his assessment of our mouse problem, developed and clearly explained the steps to addressing the issue and preventing it from happening again. Overall, a very professional job - highly recommended!
With hundreds of trees all around, woodpeckers started working on the siding around our chimney, and wouldn't stop. Andrew responded to my webform the morning of the next business day, and scheduled a visit from Nick, who was great, explaining everything in detail. He did everything that was promised over two visits, plus more, when he found rotting wood around the chimney. I hope no other critters cause problems, but if they do, I'll call Andrew - he runs an excellent business that delivers great service.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!! AMAZING, EFFICIENT, FAST, KNOWLEDGEABLE AND PROFESSIONAL!!! Thank you to Andrew and his staff for handling our emergency. A hawk broke a window on our enclosed front to get our rabbit. Both animals are safe and the removal of the hawk was quick. Thank you for your patience, knowledge, and outstanding support. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!!!!
I would give Andrew a rating of 10 if I could. We had a persistent squirrel, who was successful in having babies in our attic. We made an appt with Andrew, and he came in 2 days. Very professional. He explained everything he was doing and why. He got the squirrel in 2 days, then the babies. He fixed everything the squirrel damaged. Would not hesitate to call him again
