The written history is short and uniformly positive: 5★ across 10 Google ratings, and 5.0 across 8 on Thumbtack, where every displayed review is a copy of a Google one. Two themes repeat. Speed — a January 2024 customer said the crew did the entire roof in one day. And tidiness — the same customer called them fast and clean, and a March 2024 reviewer gave the cleanup an "A+++". The most detailed account, also March 2024, came from a homeowner who collected several competing estimates after a neighbor's recommendation, chose this crew anyway, and singled out their punctuality and courtesy. A June 2024 customer credited a clear estimate with no hidden costs and a job finished ahead of schedule. Two things are worth raising before you call. Thumbtack lists a Massachusetts Construction Supervisor licence for the company but publishes no number, so that is the directory's claim rather than anything confirmed — ask for the licence number and the home improvement contractor registration and check both yourself, since roofing on a house falls under HIC. And the same profile says 15 years in business while every written customer account begins in 2024; a longer history may exist, but nothing written stands behind it. The other limit is volume. Ten reviews, effectively from a single platform, none newer than January 2025 — enough to see a pattern, not enough to know how the company handles a job that goes sideways, because nobody has described one. The most recent thing on the profile is procedural: Thumbtack reports a background check passed by Fabio Loss in April 2026. If you want a small crew where one person runs the estimate and the job, and a straightforward tear-off is likely done in a day, this fits. Get the licence numbers, get the estimate in writing, and confirm who will actually be on the roof.
