Its Houzz page gives Rockport as the base; its Angi and HomeAdvisor listings, built on imported Facebook reviews, give 24 R King Street in Lynn. The written history is short and dated. Three reviews, all from 2018, all five stars. In a December 2018 review a homeowner described being given the options and time to consider them before work started, crews who were polite and professional, and Peter following up at every stage, leaving the site tidy. Two March 2018 reviewers kept it shorter: easy to talk to, neat work, showed up on time. A LinkedIn comment posted in July 2026 calls him a man of great integrity with extensive construction knowledge, which is a professional contact's word rather than a customer's. Two things to settle before booking. Nothing has been written about the work in more than seven years, so ask for recent job addresses and references you can call. And the licence is a listing claim rather than a confirmation: Houzz shows construction supervisor number CS-110503, worth checking against the state registry yourself. A fit for a homeowner who wants one experienced person running a kitchen or bath remodel end to end, and who is willing to do that reference-checking themselves.
