Winchester Remodeling Group is a Winchester, Massachusetts remodeler whose written reviews are almost all about bathrooms, and they split hard. Its Google rating sits at 2.3 stars from three ratings; BuildZoom shows a single five-star review. The good accounts come from 2022 and early 2023. In a November 2022 Google review, a customer said Dan helped remodel an outdated bathroom from start to finish, that it "turned out perfect," and that he was cordial and responsive throughout. A February 2023 BuildZoom review called a bath remodel "handled seamlessly," named Dan and Mike, and said the family was looking forward to basement renovations next. The bad account is specific. In a September 2023 Google review, a customer wrote that Dan Clancy cashed a deposit for a bathroom remodel and never started the job, then gave "excuse after excuse for over a month and then silence." A second one-star Google review from the same week says only "Scam Artist," posted on a friend's behalf.
