Window & Home Services

Window & Home Services (also doing business as Glass & Window Service) is a Medford contractor run by Lari, offering window installation, glass repair, and kitchen remodeling. The review record is entirely positive — 31 reviews from 2021 to 2026, all five stars, with no negative accounts at all. A recurring theme is Lari taking on jobs other contractors turned away: reviews describe a single-frame glass replacement no one else wanted to do, a storm window replacement described as hard to find anyone willing to do, and a tree-damaged bay window fixed after multiple other businesses said it needed a full replacement or was too small a job. Several reviews describe Lari choosing repair over full replacement when it made sense, saving customers money — a 2024 review describes a same-day fix after first considering whether the whole window needed replacing. A 2023 review describes a kitchen remodel with a maple wood countertop and blue glass backsplash, done for a repeat customer after an earlier window replacement. Pricing comes up frequently as a strength, with one reviewer describing Lari's quote as the cheapest of several bids for custom windows. The Better Business Bureau lists the business as not yet rated due to a short profile history, but the review record itself spans five years with consistent, specific praise throughout. For window repair, glass work, or a smaller job other contractors won't take on in the Medford area, this is a strong, well-documented option.
