A great experience from start to finish. The team was professional, courteous, and did an excellent job replacing my window. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for quality work and excellent service.
I am writing to share my feedback regarding my recent experience with Window Depot of Southern CT, which was better than I could have imagined. Manny, Marcin, and their entire crew were extremely polite and professional. They take great pride in their work, and it truly shows. We had over 30 new triple pane windows installed over two days. A couple of the sashes arrived with scratches that I would not have noticed, but Manny caught them immediately, ordered replacements, and returned to install them. Manny followed through on every promise and fully honored his quote. They were outstanding, and I would not hesitate to recommend them.
On Time, On Promise, On Point! You can pay more But you can't do better! Professionals who know their stuff!
Excellent!! Manny and his team did an amazing job replacing our windows. We highly recommend!!
I am very pleased with the quality of work, communication and the reasonable price we agreed upon with Manny and his company. Manny was letting us know about all the steps and accommodate our time frame on the day of installation. The price agreed upon is valid for a longer period of time, depending on the windows price change, not just "for that day", like some other companies presented and we like that certainty. We would highly recommend this company and hope to to business with them again.
